Given the nature of the products and for health reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or your product has been installed or used or if other signs of use are detected.
If the product delivered to you appears to be faulty you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage. We will then get in contact with you to request a copy of the original invoice to establish proof of purchase and will then assess the possible fault. Depending on the nature of the problem we may also need to liaise with the manufacturer and will advise accordingly. Once we have deemed the product to be faulty we will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA number and relevant return details.
If at the time of return we are unable to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
